• You attend events and meet other users at your own risk.
• We do not run background checks.
• You agree to treat others respectfully and follow our community standards.
• You understand we are not responsible for the actions of other users.
• You agree that if a dispute arises, it will be resolved through individual arbitration, not a lawsuit or class action.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Drop In (“Platform”), operated by Project Little Wing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Drop In is intended solely for adults.

You must be at least 24 years old to create an account or use the Platform.

By using Drop In, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 24 years of age or older
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of being underage or providing false information.

3. Nature of the Platform

Drop In is a social connection platform designed to help adults discover and coordinate in-person gatherings and events.

We:
- Provide a digital platform for introductions and coordination
- Do not organize, host, or supervise events
- Do not own or operate venues
- Do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or attendance
- Do not verify user identities beyond the information provided

All in-person interactions occur independently between users.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By using Drop In and attending any event, gathering, or meeting arranged through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree:

- You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
- You are responsible for your personal safety and decisions
- We do not supervise, control, or monitor in-person interactions
- We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of other users

You understand that events may take place at third-party venues and may involve alcohol or other activities. You assume all risks related to personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, disputes with other users, alcohol consumption, and transportation to or from events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Project Little Wing LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from interactions with other users and attendance at events.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform respectfully and responsibly.

You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate others
- Engage in unwanted sexual advances
- Use hate speech or discriminatory behavior
- Impersonate another person
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Solicit users for commercial services without permission
- Promote illegal substances

We reserve the right to remove any user or content at our sole discretion to protect the community.

6. No Background Checks

Drop In does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification unless explicitly stated.

Users are responsible for exercising good judgment and taking appropriate safety precautions when meeting others.

7. Messaging & Communications

By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive account notifications, event confirmations and reminders, safety communications, and operational updates about the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time, subject to maintaining necessary account communications.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect information including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Profile details
- Messages exchanged within the Platform

We do not sell user data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of Project Little Wing LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without prior written consent.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, safety concerns, fraudulent activity, or behavior inconsistent with community standards.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee compatibility with other users, safety of interactions, attendance levels at events, or continuous or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Little Wing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, emotional distress, personal injury, loss of data, or damages exceeding any amount paid (if applicable) to use the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Little Wing LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your conduct, interactions with other users, attendance at events, or violation of these Terms.

14. Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Class Actions

You and Project Little Wing LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or interactions with other users shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and will take place in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

This section does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any permitted court proceedings shall occur in Travis County, Texas.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
